We are a privately owned minority company established over three decades ago. Our drive is to positively impact our clients in the away from home market. Cleaning is serious business and not done well or incorrectly can have a devastating impact on those that work, visit or stay at your facility. Cleaning should never be considered a cookie cutter approach as facilities have very different needs. Therefore, our commitment is to understand your business to best prescribe methods, products and frequencies to mitigate risks to your occupants. How We Got Here!

It all started 30 years ago at Faith Bible Chapel in Arvada, Colorado when Tito Muniz was tasked with assembling a team to take care of the maintenance work around the Chapel. Little did Tito know, but he would end up hiring his best friend and future business partner Mike Mendoza.

Fast Foward 30 years later and here we are with Tito and Mike paving the road for our team to expand and be successful.

Over the years Mike and Tito have learned the ins & outs of running a successful maintenance business. Our objective is to build positive relationships with our clients, employees, and vendors that will provide opportunities for growth and development.

Tito Muniz

Tito Muniz is the Founder and Co-Owner of Maintenance Resources Inc. Tito brings a family approach and attitude which helps guide and drive the business. When he is not busy in the office, you can find Tito hanging out on the lake with his kids or sking the slopes of Colorado.

Mike Mendoza

Co-Owner

Mike Mendoza is one of the owners here at Maintenance Resources. He has been a co-owner and the operations manager for over 6 years. The daily operations at Maintenance Resources keep Mike busy but, when he is able to make free time, you can find him walking his dog or riding his bicycle around Denver.
